Message dated August 8 was received stating the Governor read the                                                               
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Relating to                                                                             
         Eielson Air Force Base and the strategic importance                                                                    
         of retaining the 18th F-16 Aggressor Squadron in the
